NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 15 – Kilifi Governor Gideon Mung’aro, Narok Governor Patrick Ole Ntutu and Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka have rated most development-driven Governors in Coast, Rift Valley and Western region respectively.
